What types of furniture do you work on?

We specialize in solid wood bedroom furniture — dressers, nightstands, bed frames, armoires, and full suites. We only work with genuine solid wood pieces. No particleboard, MDF, or veneer furniture.

How does the commission process work?

You submit photos of your piece, we assess it and send a quote within 48 hours. You approve the direction and we schedule pickup. We transform it and deliver it back to you. You keep ownership throughout.

How much does a commission upgrade cost?

Pricing varies based on piece size, current condition, and the scope of the upgrade. Most commissions range from $150–$600 for single pieces. Full suites are quoted separately. All quotes are free with no obligation.

How do I know if my furniture qualifies?

The key indicator is solid wood construction — lift a corner and feel the weight. Solid wood is heavy. Tap the surface — a hollow sound usually means particleboard. When in doubt, send photos and we'll assess it for free.

Do you offer pickup and delivery?

Yes, for commission work we coordinate pickup and delivery within our service area (Durham, NC and the Triangle). Delivery fees for Shop purchases are quoted separately based on location and piece size.

How long does a commission transformation take?

Most single pieces take 1–2 weeks depending on our current queue and the scope of work. Full bedroom suites typically run 2–4 weeks. We give you a clear timeline estimate with every quote.
